IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND INSULTED, GO HERE. The only reason i gave 1 star is 0 is not a option. Spend 50 bucks and go get TURBO TAX, trust me you will save yourself money and time not spent dealing with ignorant employees. Worst mistake i made going here, never again.
Over the years...my experiences with the with the H&R management and team have been and continue to be, very friendly and professional. My tax preparations (both federal and state) were thoroughly done and explained to me in detail. I left the office well informed of the years taxes and with the direct deposit option provided...had my refund in no time at all!
If you like having your taxes done wrong go here! Also the staff is rude, I do not think the receptionist knows what it means to not talk on her cell phone and answer questions from waiting clients. The only good employees got smart and quit.
My husband is disable and as his payee for disability payments requires me to fill out an annual expenditures report. This can be a daunting task; so much so that when I felt I could not complete it in the time allotted by the state. I took it to H&R Block and without hesitation they completed in the time-frame required, provided me with a copy of the expenditure report and charged me NOTHING as an H&R tax customer! As I stated above the annual report is a lot of work...and they did not charged me! Now that is customer service at it's best! I will continue to do business with the H&R team in Princeton and would highly recommend this friendly, well organized office of professionals to any of my family and friends!
