Service is normally good. But the buns are stale and wings are over cooked and the sauce is bitter. But the beer is good so 2 stars
Went last night, got the wing & rib combo dinner with tater tots & jalapeno poppers. The food was delicious until we were halfway thru our meal & I found a hair in my tater tots. Showed the waitress who took it to show her manager. She came back 20 min later & said she'd take it off the bill. We waited another 15 min & she comes back & said she is waiting for the manager to adjust the total so she can bring the bill. By now we have been done eating for 35 min & getting aggravated. We wait 10 more minutes & got our bill to find out they took $2 off. The manager never even came to the table. Now I'm not out for a free meal, but I find it unacceptable to make someone wait 45 min after they were done with a meal they couldn't even finish eating all for a $2 discount. What happened to customer service?

Came In with a group of 6, waited about 20 minutes for our first drinks. Appetizer was out before drinks, then we waited for about 45 minutes for our cold food. Waitress did not care enough to remember how many beers I had. And I waited for 15 for my last beer to travel 20 feet "which was warm". Lastnight was the last time I will go here. There were about 20 total people in the restaurant including us. Our Bills were completely wrong. You need to hire waitresses that are worried about doing there job instead of hanging out with their friends. Across our entire table there was less than a $1.00 tip left. Absolutely sad
Worst service, worst food I have ever had. It took about 15-20 minutes to get drinks.We waited over an hour for food. I had to beg for my salad after an hour. My tenderloin came out so overcooked it look like they had cooked it for an hour. They told me they bring another one and I said don't bring it if I'm paying for it so they didn't bring me anything. I drank water and I paid for two meals and five drinks and it was $65. Two people of our 4 didn't even get to eat and it was $65 . The staff all seemed confused. The waiter brought another person, at the table, a salad when we were asking for the bill. It was not even crowded. I will never return. Been twice both times were bad.
