Nice farm store. Has some great deals and hard to find items
Great store to shop, I could spend hours in there. Good prices and lots of items to choose from
Just when you think customer service can't be lower than last time, it does. Here's a prime example of the customer service you can expect here. Young man behind the counter texting and I ask him " do you know how much (a certain item) is?" Employee, "if I had to guess $19.99." Me, "it's too big for me to want to drag it up here." Employee, "oh, well I don't know." * continues texting*
The manager made a scene in front of his peers coworkers based off a mislabeled price tag. I will never walk back into this store to support it based off of the experience I had during this trip. The store manager told me that the one priced higher was a “newer” model. The manager went on to try and explain that fashion is a finicky part of retail and the prices are set by the manufacturer. In fact, during this visit he explained to me that Rural King does not tag their apparel, Carhartt does. Manager of Rural King, these excuses are silly and those price tags are in fact, Rural King tags... Had my husband not absolutely needed a coat, I would’ve walked out and taken my cash elsewhere. Check the prices of the next item in line!
