The staff is not very friendly they act like Im keeping them from l something that is more important then my visit to my Doctor, and none of the doctor s at the St Margaret's clinic have any kind of bed side manner seems like they just don't care about there patient rush in and rush out collect you your money And Having to pull
Very attentive doctor took my daughter to him and he finds ways without giving a bunch of meds very nice doctor would recommend him definitely
A number like you are at a meat market. And then you have to wait for that number to called by a snutey Receptionist that just take your insurance information I get treated better going out to dinner with my wife at lest I don't get treated like cadle at a restaurant and there will be no way in hell that I will be returning to your clinic or my kids it wife word if mouth goes a long way
Mr. Shepherd's staff were all very kind and helped in any situation possible. Doctor and the nurses were good with my children and their special needs. If I needed an appointment for one of my children we got in fairly quick. The only thing I didn't like, was when doctor was being moved to Princeton; as a patient I wasn't told about the move until they pretty much moved. I was annoyed with the lack of information, when I confronted the receptionist she insisted she told all his patients, but she didn't. My kids actually liked this doctor as I did too, but the drive from Oglesby to Princeton every month took a toll, I had to find someone closer. I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd and his staff.
One of the best places to go. Everyone there is super nice and no one acts weird toward you. He is quick to ask questions, does a great job overall. The place is clean, and friendly. Highly recommend it
I agree with the last post! This doctor was forced on me through Medicare and he is the worst doctor I have ever had and had I known he was a prison doctor in Rockford Illinois then I would have left him so much early and not wasted my time with him!.he absolutely treated me like a prison inmate not like a paying patient at all. He never listened to my needs and he never helped me with my illness and he would object to medicines I definitely knew worked for me and pushed medicines (one if the staff told me).that he was being paid for and knowing it clearly did not work for me. I have chronic pain with no history ever of pill abuse or drug abuse or any addiction history, yet he treated me as if I was some Scum wanted pain pills. He has no experience with certain diseases and every idea or asking him to do such as physical therapy or approving no drug therapy machines he would not do. Nothing all I got was the same things with no progress in fact I had worse prograss and test results because he refused to change medicine that I told him did not work and that my family had a history of it never working. He will not listen, he treats you as some prisoner, he has the worst bed side manner and I will never go back. To all the wives that have husband's that have to have physicals there - I hope you do NOT let your men or yourselves waste your insurance, out of pocket expenses and time the only thing I disagree with the other post is that I have had great experience with two surgeries with Jennifer Maschmann she is one of the best doctors I have had and the hospital treated me and my husband very well. I believe this doctor Sheppard should have to take more classes on special disease and bed side manner and I wish I had never had to be forced to his place by insurance!.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
