Lied about plan to get me to purchase a S6Edge.
Horrible service. Tried to tell me I couldn't upgrade to a new phone without paying the full retail price when my current one didn't even operate. After contacting Verizon, they claimed all of this information was just false. Also on your Verizon account, it says "upgrade anytime you want" One of the associates was trying to convince me by saying "Just wait a month and the new model will be out." What if I didn't want the new model? Horrible service and will never be back to that store. The phone customer service was very, very helpful.
