No place yo hang anything to keep things off of the questionable floor.
Lots of washers and dryers. I used 2 of each.
They don't take pilot reward card. Waist of time to make it a drive through destination. Very upset. I 'll buy only 2 gallons till the next Pilot truck stop
The staff behind the register after 5pm are Terrible. Not polite at all. Purchased some drinks and miscellaneous items and was overcharged, when I asked for a receipt I only received one for the total purchase so had to ask for an itemized receipt after reviewing it I found I was charged $1.87 too much. Didn't so much as receive an apology nor a caring look even. Seemed I inconvenienced her by asking for a correction on the purchase.
Always something wrong with this place, tonight it's (yet again) no hot water so no showers. The only good thing's about this place is the repair shop and the large parking lot ans sometimes the restraunt but other than that, it sucks!!
No fresh bath mat, an old filthy curled up floor mat instead.
Lock broken off of door.
Not a clean spot in the room to fold clothes.
Probably won't be rushing back here.
Both loads were stained with black stains, from the dryers I guess?
