If you can ever find an employee you might be able to get some help. Or when you find an employee they blatantly ignore you.... this is the third time I've had to deal with this. Either hire more people or train your people better. Guy in roofing was helping another customer which I understand but for ten minutes didn't even look at me, acknowledge my presence or let me know he would be with me momentarily. After 15 minutes of googling my question while waiting i finally found the answer myself and it took me another 15 minutes to even find what I was needing. Went to the hardware desk to see if anyone could help me and the guy just walked off.
