Nice new store and great service. Very good selection.
I went here with my wife and another couple to pick up some wine, and see what else looked good. The employees treated us as if we were an annoyance, constantly badgering us to hurry up. They said that we needed to get out of the store so they could stock the beer into the cooler (despite the fact we weren't near the beer at the time). They also claimed we were "loitering" because we were discussing the selection, what drinks we liked, and what looked new and interesting. After about 6-7 minutes of browsing, we had picked out a couple of items, and were browsing the liquors when we were flat out told we had to "make our selection and pay, or just leave." A little in shock, we asked if they were closing soon (despite only being 10 pm). They said no, we were loitering in their store. They claimed that if the excise officer came in, they would say we were loitering, and everyone would get this big fine. I said that we weren't loitering, we were looking. She rudely interupted me and said in a very accusing tone "well, when you stopped over there, there and there for a minute and talked, that's loitering." Apparently they don't want me to look at what they stock, and spend money on their product. I will not be returning to this store - ever.
Bottom line- good selection, if the extremely rude employees don't just kick you out first.
New store finally. Brand new coolers. Good selection. The women at the register are always friendly and helpful.
Maidlow's has a very friendly staff. The place is a lot bigger than the old store. Very clean and well stocked with a variety of different liquors, beers, wine, and mixers.
Just left from there and the one lady was VERY VERY rude and disrespectful. Talked to me as if I didn’t know English. Felt so offended and she had the worst attitude EVER! Poor service !
