I initially had concerns changing pharmacies when moving here from out of town, but I can assure you Williams Bros. is most competent and have been able to handle all of my pharmacy needs with courteous and capable service. They are the only pharmacy in town qualified to assist with my sleep apnea equipment..
I've lost my confidence in their knowledge of the products out there and I'm not happy they were unwilling to call their factory representative and order me one even if it cost more as I agreed to pay the difference.
After having problems with the mask I consulted with a friend that was a respiratory therapist and she said it was a poor choice for the high pressure I was running and gave me a recommendation on a replacement mask.
I then went over to their Princeton store and asked if they had this certain kind of mask since it was the same brand as they sell. They actually had one other style of mask that I never got to see from the beginning.
They didn't have the mask i was looking for and the therapist had never heard of it and they had to look it up on line.

The manager and chief pharmacist Chad always treats us customers with dignity, kindness and respect. The techs at the counter are the same. I don't want my insurance company to tell me that I need to go to another pharmacy, because Williams Brothers is and will always be my pharmacy.
Once they found it online they then tell me that they don't carry this certain one and won't order it in for me that if i wanted it I would have to go somewhere else and buy it.
I came in for a doctor prescribed BI-Pap. The respiratory therapist only showed me two style of full face mask as they were the best they carried. I took the machine and the mask that day and used it.
