My daughter’s car broke down on her way to college, 3 hours from home. I called Joe’s and they towed her car, fixed it and got her back on the road in just a few hours. Randy (the guy I spoke with) was knowledgeable and friendly, the repair cost was very reasonable and my daughter was on her way. Thanks guys for great service.

I finally scored an afternoon off of work and my 9 year old daughter were about to get our shopping chores done. Of course the truck broke down on Backbone & Wyanet blacktop and I was smart enough to park in the shade expecting to wait awhile at noon on this 100 degree day - knowing I would need a rental car. I googled and called Joe's. Jeff answered and was very assuring. Randy happened to come back in and took my call and said let me un-hook and I'll come get you. He came in about 20 minutes, warned me that Enterprise will not likely "pick me up" and go to LaSalle office. hmmm Then he suggested Prescott might rent which they did - told me the belt could maybe be saved, the Water Pump needs to be replaced and with new and not with a refurb pump. Told me the price -
and no kidding the next day - my truck was ready. Awesome.
